Well this for anyone that havnt noticed Misstayylor is no longer with us because she isnt the misstayylor. The real misstaylor dont play yugioh or kcvds. It took her pics and made her own virtual life.

And this is a surprise? I mean seriously what did u expect, what's more likely, a hot girl playing yugioh, or a Internet transsexual playing yugioh? I'll give you 2 guesses

Hmm hard one but I think it would be better for a hot girl playing yugioh even though its not really more likely than this other thing o.o

yeah so? the picture was hot but its not that big a deal that shes no who he say it is

guys it is a big deal. I started all this thing from WNA academy (here is th link btw xD http://white-night-academy.forumotion.net/ ) the point is that i met real misstaylor through facebook (i cant reaveal her real name i hope you understand the reason.. ) and she had no idea that someone uses her photos for yugioh site.
Also the person who did it probably is one of her real life friends cause he/she told me info that i asked real life misstaylor if they are true and they are. So i think its too pathetic a person that knows you in real life using your photos for his/her avatar and imagine how real life misstaylor felt about it. So AnimeDingo the big deal is that he/she used photos of other person without permission and thats sad. It means this person has pathetic character and is not good to be around us... He/she accted like misstaylor and said o lot of lies for her real life although he/she said some true things (where she lives etc). I personaly think that a disturbed mind like this is not good to keep in an online community because you never know when for example this person will go to the ^how we really are^ topic steal some photos of mine and use them to preted its me. Thats all. Sorry for the big post i just wanted to explain. (if the link for my academy disturbs you you can delete it and i am sorry)

Some person gave away personal info about a person they were not. This imposter clearly didn't have permission, since the real misstayylor knew nothing about it.

new info about this incident: The guy that used the fake pictures made a new account on our academy as soon as we disscovered his fraud. The new account name was Lee Chroyy. Ofcource we did understand its the same person so we IP banned him forever in our academy. I am sure its a guy cause after that i searched for info on misstaylors facebook friends and i found a guy named ^Chroyy ...^ (i dont reveal last name for obvious reasons) Well it seems he is our guy. I know its difficult for you to believe me cause i dont give you his last name but i dont want anyone here search him on facebook and bring on this topic and as much as i know you are good guys and you wont do that i cant trust anyone. Thats all and if someone asks were do i find this info my answer is simple and clear: i am really good at finding info about almost anything. ( i study journalism for my future profession )

well i hope this incident will be only a black dot in any academy and people will forget it. Admins its your decision what to do with this guy. Thanks for the time you spent reading this.

IP ban for the fake is most wise. Also ban all LeeChroys and Tayylors from your hams as soon as you see them.

If I could (since I'm part of the Original founding team) I'd like to give feedback myself.

Fraud is not a problem too much due to just the standards we would set and I myself would set, you can be any person i mean we have people naming themselves from Yugioh Series yet we keep them, in a balance of things.

Due to the forgiveness of the "virtual reality" plagiarism we have to forgive the use of a picture from another profile from a personal website.

There should be a rule of multiple accounts as well unless it is for Official testing of some event or new method. Thats just me though.

Otherwise this misstaylor person's potential fraud (protential and not fact because we cannot assume from the info we do have, just as a sign of fairness) should not effect the way our academy runs, also because she became staff.

I feel you but if he/she do come back i dont mind, because it doesnt affect one way or another but the problem is he/she cant be using someone else identity thats creepy a cartoon character is one thing because it is ink, but a real photo is part of someones life.

I understand what you mean Shining but we cannot take it out on this Misstaylor person, she is staff not just a member. So i agree with you for the most part but we have to give him/her the BotD (Benefit of the Doubt) Since some people use Copyrighted information i would have to say we have to give this person as much as I wouldn't agree to it myself just as much forgiveness. As long as no personal information is given out ON THIS WEBSITE we cannot be responsible and we should not be able to punish even if this person is a potential fraud.

(Off Topic: I happen to study on the Judicial part of society of America, and since this website is provided to us from Forummotion for free I'd say everything here is free game unless posted in the Rules and Reg, once it is it would continue from then on, where no previous member is going to be effected just due to the community we have already started to build.)

THANK YOU thats what Ive been trying to say. yeah it sucks for whoever got frauded but its not gonna change anything for us
