Here are the rules, banned cards are forbidden. Thats all. sign-up format at the bottom. (you must be registered in CN to sign up for the tournament)

There are still spots open and since Shining_King200 is inactive I'll start the tourny. The duels will be 2/3 duels with an elimination if you lose the first match with your opponent. No banned cards are allowed but anything is fair game (meaning that blackwings and lightsworn might be crawling the field). Good Luck and Have fun!
