    Name says it all this tourny a a tourny for Single Attribute Decks.

    RULES
    1 - No Exodia/FTK/OTK/Burn these arent new stips so yeah
    2 - If your deck has more then a single attribute in it your DQed. consider this your warning
    3 - Have Fun
    4 - This tourny starts the 30th

    does it count as a 1 turn kill if you can deal 8000+ damage in one turn? or is it just cards that specify "you win the game"?

    OTK is the easily accessable capability to hit 8000 + damage in a single turn.
